Savarin occupies a remarkable 98,000 sq m site in Prague’s Old Town, bounded on one side by the historic Wenceslas Square and incorporating a collection of small streets and ‘passages’ (pedestrian precincts) giving access to many offices, shops and amenities.

Savarin is a true ‘jewel in the crown’ for Prague’s premier business and shopping district, right in the middle of the city’s most sought-after commercial locations, overlooked for decades but now restored to life by Ballymore as Prague’s ne plus ultra. Savarin was the site of an aristocratic palace complete with riding stables. This heritage will be restored and turned into a central courtyard. Cafés and terraces will make this central space a focal meeting-point while, all around, access to shops, entertainment and offices.
