The Brentford Project – our major regeneration project in West London – has been nominated in the 2024 RESI Awards.
Hosted by Property Week, the RESI Awards recognise excellence in residential development, with The Brentford Project earning a place on the shortlist for the coveted Development of the Year category, which honours innovative new spaces.
Brian De’ath, our Managing Director for Sales and Marketing said: "We are delighted to receive this nomination recognising The Brentford Project. Our vision of rejuvenating Brentford’s existing town centre, building upon the already rich local community with new homes, businesses, and amenities, whilst reconnecting the historic waterways to the high street, has now become a reality.”
The Brentford Project is reshaping the town centre and waterfront, boasting 876 new homes, over 40 retailers, expansive public realm spanning five acres, employment opportunities, and a host of community and leisure amenities.
Phase One is almost complete, with over 220 residents already settled into their new homes. Additionally, numerous businesses such as Morrisons supermarket, Sam’s Waterside, Sam’s Larder, and independent shop Mother Rugger have opened their doors, with Everyman Cinema and GAIL’S bakery coming soon.
