The Health and Safety Administrator will be a central hub to the Health, Safety, team as the 'go to person' for daily duties and day to day queries. Essential to the role is an ability to be proactive alongside daily responsibilities and be ready to turn their hand to anything - no matter how large or small. Working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally, this person should be adept at building relationships, and a high degree of corporate communication is essential.
East London - Attractive rate of pay
Key responsibilities include overseeing the efficient management of service charge debts owed, overseeing the various operations required to resolve debt repayment, introducing systems and procedures to enable the efficient collection of outstanding service charge and ground rent debts, and creating reports to demonstrate the performance and delivery of recovery actions taken.
East London - Competitive
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from ensuring the timely production of certified service charge accounts to providing up-to-date financial information to property directors and leaseholders. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead on entering annual budgets, raising service charge demands, and assisting in the collection and reporting of arrears.
