Today, after 40 years in business, we are one of Dublin and London's most innovative and dynamic property developers, having completed more than 7,000 homes in the UK and Ireland in the past five years. Our residential portfolio pipeline give us the capacity to add a further 15,000 homes to meet future demand, and we’re adding to our commercial, retail and leisure portfolio, with around 4.5 million sq ft of commercial space in our planning pipeline.

About the role 

As a graduate on our Programme, you will have extensive exposure and hands-on opportunities throughout our business, from planning and development to healthy and safety, to pre-construction, design and on-site construction management.

You will have a dedicated mentor to guide you throughout your time as a graduate as well as a two-year structured training to meet your professional development needs as we support you to achieve either MSCSI or MCIOB chartership.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • You’ll be graduating in 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant SCSI or CIOB accredited subject 
  • You'll be looking to start work in September 2025
  • Want to inspire us, speaking up about any new ideas you have
  • You’ll want to throw yourself in from day one and put your studies into practice
  • Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues
  • Have an ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
  • Are passionate with the curiosity and creativity to solve problems
